Great Lakes Grain is pleased to welcome Tyler Denham as our new Grain Merchandising Manager

Tyler grew up on a cash crop farm with a small grain elevator near St. Marys, Ontario, giving him a strong foundation in agriculture and grain handling. He is a graduate of the University of Guelph and brings a wide range of industry experience to his new role. 

Throughout his career, Tyler has held positions in grain merchandising at a soybean crush plant, ingredient purchasing for feed mills, and origination and trading management at a country elevator. His experience has allowed him to build strong relationships across the grain value chain, working closely with both producers and end users. 

In his role with Great Lakes Grain, Tyler looks forward to continuing to build those relationships and helping strengthen the connection between our farmer-owners and end-use markets. 

Outside of work, Tyler enjoys travelling, experiencing different cultures, and exploring agriculture around the world. Most recently, he visited Cambodia and Vietnam, where he combined his interest in agriculture with a passion for trying new foods.
