Melyse Takes on New Role as Sustainability Specialist
We are pleased to share that Melyse has transitioned from Marketing Associate to her new role as Sustainability Specialist with Great Lakes Grain.
In this role, Melyse will serve as a primary sustainability resource for growers, staff, and end-user partners—helping ensure continued market access through compliance, education, and certification support. Melyse will support Great Lakes Grain’s business development efforts by aligning sustainability programs with customer, regulatory, and market requirements, while collaborating closely with end users and supply-chain partners to meet evolving grain industry sustainability and traceability demands. She will be supporting partners across GLG geography including AGRIS Cooperative, Central Ontario FS and Embrun Co-op.
A key focus of her role is advocating for the grower perspective by incorporating on-farm realities into sustainability initiatives and decision-making. By bridging communication between growers, internal teams, and end users, Melyse will help advance practical, farmer-focused sustainability solutions across the organization.
Please join us in congratulating Melyse on her new position!
