Processor Direct (PD)
We are pleased to offer our customers the option to sell grain delivered to a Processor or Terminal.
With this program you can maximize your return to the investment in your equipment and have the flexibility to deliver on your terms.
Direct (PD) is available to qualified customers.
Bids are based on truck load quantities delivered to the processor or terminal selected.
To qualify for PD bids customer commit to and acknowledge the following:
- Delivery arrangements and delivery charges are the seller’s responsibility.
- Charges for rejected and returned or alternate delivery points are for the seller’s account.
- Sales are for the period selected and multiple loads are spread throughout the period.
- Delivery schedule is provided by GLG when received from the processor
- GLG may call on grain ahead of delivery and it is customers option to accept
- Customer may request changes to delivery and it is GLGs option to accept or reject.
- The seller will be charged for all weighing and inspection fees assessed by the terminal or processor. (Discount Schedules are available at www.greatlakekesgrain.com and are subject to change)
- Destination grading and discount scales apply to direct deliveries.
- Direct delivery tickets must be provided each day to GLG by fax copy or email scanned copy to initiate payment.
- Grain must be delivered for the entire amount of the contract to the processor stated on the contract.
